One of the most prolific film composers for Hollywood, Alexandre Desplat, is touring Taiwan for the first time. His accolades include two Academy Awards for Best Original Score for “The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014)” and “The Shape of Water (2017)”, and one Golden Horse Award for Best Original Film Score with “Lust, Caution (2007).”
In partnership with Taipei Symphony Orchestra (TSO), the French composer-conductor will lead a program of his most acclaimed and beloved music, bringing the enticing sound worlds he created for countless blockbusters to Taiwan.
