The MBAC has been transformed into an Incorporated Administrative Agency since 2020. It is the first local Incorporated Administrative Agency in Taiwan. It is supervised by the Culture and Tourism Bureau of the Miaoli County Government.
The center is guided by the chief art supervisor and has a board of directors (supervisors).
There are professional working teams under four departments: Event Planning Department, Performance Service Department, Exhibition Development Department, and Administration Department.
